Methods of Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal which allows you to pay with your checking account and gives you more privacy when paying with a credit card.

Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 states plus Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Most orders are shipped the day they are received. Shipping charges from our warehouse are calculated based on weight and method of shipping. We do not add a per item shipping fee. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. If UPS delivery to your location is not available, we will ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We cannot ship orders C.O.D.

Return Policy

To process your request as efficiently as possible, in the event that you need to return an item, please note our return policy:

Please email returns@onlineindustrialsupply.com for to obtain return authorizaton. Returns made without prior authorization will not be processed.

All returns must be in their original packaging and shipped back to the return address on the original shipping label.

Always include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.

Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the order date.
